Return and Exchange Policy

  • Customers have the right to exchange or return products within 7 days of receiving the product by returning it to Mastercat store. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories. If any remark is found on the product, such as the product being used by the customer, or there are scratches or breakage in the product or a remark on the outer packaging of the product, the return will be rejected. (The return, delivery and electronic payment commission will be deducted from the total order value)

Free delivery requests outside Jeddah:

If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

1- Hardware Devices: In case of manufacturing defects, the customer must review the warranty with the authorized dealer directly.

2- Electronic accessories: The customer has the right to return all electronic accessories within (7) days from the date of purchase.

How to return products:

Please contact Mastercat customer service to assist you in the process of returning products.

  • After receiving the product, we will inspect the product. After inspection by our technicians that the product meets the packaging conditions and the presence of all accessories and verification of the technical products, approval / replacement or return will be obtained.

Approval/Rejection of Replacement or Return

  • The replacement product will be shipped/delivered after contacting you to confirm your address.
  • We will not replace a product with a different model unless the original product is not in stock. In such cases, we will ask for your approval before processing and shipping.
  • In case of return, the product will be calculated at the purchase price only, not including shipping and delivery costs.
  • In case of returning the product due to a product defect or defect from the manufacturing company or as a result of damage during delivery/shipping of the product or due to the delivery of an incorrect/wrong product, no additional shipping fees will be charged.
  • In case of return for other reasons, (the customer’s need to change the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general, or the customer did not receive the order), shipping or delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

Warranty

The purchase invoice is the warranty for all your purchases

Terms and Conditions:

To obtain warranty services, please attach the original purchase invoice from the dealer or the purchase invoice from the seller. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product.

The warranty does not include:

Damage due to negligence by the customer either due to misuse or improper storage not in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, damage due to the use of other incompatible or low-quality accessories, damage due to falling or shaking violently, exposure of the product to dust or water or liquids or excessive humidity or deliberate opening of the product by the customer or unauthorized service centers or cutting of wires.

For customers outside Jeddah:

If the product malfunctions in the future, it will be shipped to our address in Jeddah on (customer’s cost) and we are not obligated to replace it if the warranty conditions are not met.

If the product is repaired or replaced by us, it will be sent to the customer’s address on our personal expense.
